What we collect
When you get in touch we collect your name, mobile number, email address, where you work, your trade and whatever you tell us about your business. If you become a customer we also hold billing details and the content for your website.
Our website records the IP address and browser type of anyone submitting the enquiry form. This is used only to block spam and abuse.
Analytics, ads and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons (such as the call button and the enquiry form) are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are and the device you use, with IP addresses shortened. It does not tell us who you are.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells Google when someone who came from one of our ads asks for designs, so we can measure our ads. Google may use this to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
We also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits the site or asks for designs, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may link this to your Meta account under its own privacy policy. You can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
These tags only run on our live website. We do not send what you type into the enquiry form (your name, number, email or message) to Google or Meta: we only tell them that a form was sent. Google and Meta may process this information outside Australia.
To opt out, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, turn off personalised ads in your Google ad settings, and use your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. The website works the same either way.
Phone calls
Calls to 0495 043 371 are answered by an AI assistant, which tells you so at the start of the call. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can reply to you. The recording, transcript and the details you give are processed by our voice-AI provider, ElevenLabs, and stored with our cloud hosting provider. We use your caller ID to recognise you if you call again. We keep call records on the same timetable as enquiries.
What we use it for
To reply to you, build and run your website, and invoice you. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside George Prieto and the software providers we use to run the business, who are bound to handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and customer records are stored with our cloud hosting provider. We keep customer records for seven years after the last invoice, as required for tax purposes, and delete enquiries that did not become a customer after twelve months.
Your rights
